REQUEST FORM

1. Name: Eternals 8 Year Extravaganza

2. Description: Party to celebrate our 8 years in Paragon City.

3. Date: June 30, 2012

4. Time: 8-11pm EST

5. Location: The Aeternus (our main base)

6. Requested DJ(s): No preference although we have four members who are Cape Radio Djs: DJ Steel, DJ Nexus, DJ Amethyst, and DJ Valor.

7. Musical styles: Mainstream. Any 80s to now rock and popular music.

8. Contests/Competitions: Costume contests

So it looks like you'll have 5 DJs for your event! And after discussion with you, and the DJs, we'll be doing a 5 hour show. Please message me and let me know if you have any specific requests for songs. Also, if you have a flyer, and would like to have it posted on our website, please add it here. If you would like us to help come up with one we'll be happy to, just let us know.
