(( Please indulge my thread necromancy for a moment, but this clarification, sadly, needs to be made.

This art piece was posted for the purposes of out-of-character sharing a piece of artwork I felt was neat, and that some here would appreciate, with the rest of the Cape. It was not intended for use in RP by anyone. There are only a couple of _very_ specific instances in which I would even allow this to be used in-character, and it would only be after the person wishing to use it sought and gained permission from me.

However, certain persons have taken it upon themselves to use mention of this piece of artwork in their own RP threads, as if it's in-character, without even asking me if it was okay, or making sure it even made sense. I do not appreciate this, and so I must unequivocally state here the following:

  • This artwork is OOC-only. The only in-character use it had was between myself as the owner of the character who had the picture done of, and the in-character person who took the photograph (did the art). There are no other copies other people could have acquired in-character, through any means. None. Zero.
  • This artwork is not to be used by anyone, for any reason, period, without my express consent.

I hate having to make statements like this, and it saddens me that this has become necessary. I hope you all will understand my reasons and respect them. Thank you. ))
