Okay, so Agent Crypto will be posting his recipe for gf croutons (which can be used as a stuffing base), Soon(TM)!

In the meantime, I wanted to share a couple links for those others out there who are gluten intolerant, celiac, or otherwise trying to avoid gluten for whatever dietary reasons. I've been gf for about 8months, now, and was totally dreading Thanksgiving...then I found these sites:

Gluten Free Goddess (also on Facebook)

Gluten Free Mommy (specifically, the Green Bean Casserole)

...and the Stuffing recipe (sans the original recipe for the croutons).

Man, I hate gluten. I don't think it should be allowed into movie theaters or on my bus!

Technically, it's the same. My body says that all the time--especially when walking down the breads/pastas isle at the grocery store. It keeps wanting to burn effigies of wheat and threatens to bring pain to me, should I try to befriend it. It's really rather silly, but as I have to live with my body, I try to keep the peace. :-D
