Event: Roshambo Tournament
Prize: One (1) Luck of the Gambler Defense/Global Recharge IO (crafted, level 25)

How it's going to go down:
* At event start, participants will be invited to a league. All official communication to contestants regarding the event will be done in the League channel, so make sure you have added it.

* Pairs of contestants will be chosen at random. If there's an odd person out, they automatically receive a "bye" and advance to the next round. Only one "bye" per contestant per tournament, unless everyone else has received one.

* Contestants will stand face to face in front of the judge. The judge will call "Ready", and both contestants will prepare to emote rock, paper, or scissors. When the judge states "Go", both contestants will hit Enter and let their emotes run their course. A fault will be declared if either player interrupts the animation and that player loses the throw. If one player starts their animation noticeably later than the other, that player loses the throw. If both players fault, the round is declared null and recast.

* Each individual round will be a best two of three, with the overall winner progressing to the next round. Rounds will continue until only two contestants remain.

* The final round will be best two of three, however a contestant must win by two throws, so play may continue for some time until a clear victor emerges.
