It's still just a rough idea ATM, but I had this notion that CoX could use a shelter or halfway house of sorts for those characters who might not be entirely "real" in the traditional sense, in order to help them adjust to the rest of society. When you think about it, this could cover a whole spectrum of typical super types: travelers from alternate timelines, androids with undetermined levels of sentience, magical constructs, "imaginary" friends who have gained some kind of solidarty, experiments with the DNA of waaaay too many different speices crammed into them, and etc.. This seems all the more practical with the introduction of the First Ward zone, where NPCs that fit this description crop up all the time, apparently.

I was thinking it could be called Hilary's or Henry's "Home for Hypthetical Humanoids," if only because it works for the idea and alliteration is fun. As for the bulk of the PSA, I was picturing something a bit like the Catnip Cooler ad where we have soundbites from different, understandbly quirky characters and how the shelter has helped them out in the past, at a time when they needed a place to stay while they figured out whether or not they were actually part of mainstream existance. Other than that, I have a nifty tagline for the end: "[The] Home for Hypothetical Humanoids. Because people who may (or may not) be people are people too!"
