If you're working at a sampling rate of 44100 and someone sends you a file that was recorded at half that rate... when you listen to it, they'll sound like a chipmunk.

So, imagine my amusement when I opened Posthaste's contribution (at 22050 Hz) and heard, "goshdarn-chest-flashlight-couldbehandyinablackout-knees-duckie-ottoman..." squeaked at me in a rapid-fire chipmunk delivery. Naturally, I let it run its course, just to have myself a giggle.

But then Posty had put a 'secret message' at the end of one file, venting about his health woes... and, well... hearing it sped up like that had me on the floor in stitches.

I'm not sure that was the reaction he had intended to invoke, but... there it is.

So, what you're hearing in the blooper segment is that original 22050 Hz recording.
