REQUEST FORM for Entropy Legion Halloween party

1. Name: "Devil's Night Bash"

2. Description: a pre-Halloween part that celebrates Halloween and promotes the VG Entropy Legion. RP is encouraged

3. Date: 10/29/10

4. Time: 9pm to Midnight EST

5. Location: Virtue: Port Oakes, Arena Building, Ruby Hall

6. Requested DJ(s): Any DJ that has interest

7. Musical styles: Flexible. Want to do a more Halloween theme. Not a fan of Hip-hop and Rap, but if party-goers request, that is what they request.

8. Contests/Competitions: TBD. There will be a costume and bio contest, to be sure, but the rest of the night is TBD

changing the date to 10/29/10. While not technically Devil's Night on the 29th, most parties and such for Halloween is going to be on the 30th. While the 30th is not Halloween either, I'm not going to fight it!

So the Community Developers announced a costume party to launch the Origins bundle, as well as being a Halloween party. It just so happens to be on the 29th, starting at 8:30pm EST for the Virtue server.

Ok, that pretty much tanks the Entropy Legion party, doesn't? What should we do?

I'm not sure it's going to conflict. Based on the timing for the other servers, it looks like the ball is only going to be about a half an hour. Since your event is slated to start at 9pm, that should be nearly perfect. I might suggest that you have some VG members in Pocket D doing promo for your event - it might be a good way to capture additional audience.

Folks that follow the forums, any other input?
