I haven't weighed myself since the Spring. I think I've put a little of my weight back on since returning to school--stress eating and less physical activity, but still not in horrible shape. I'm going to try to get to the gym over the holidays at least...go to school, hit the gym and study in the lab every day I can.

Last time I weighed myself: December 22nd, just before leaving for my christmas holiday.

Last weight (Heaviest): 297 lbs

Current Weight: 287 lbs

Given that was with christmas, 6 weeks injured... I will happily accept a mere 10 pound loss.

change in diet for this one - shifted to a much lower sugar intake diet. Unfortunately have been prevented from going to the gym due to inclement weather, but I've been doing some basic stuff at home.

More impressive than my weight loss (which has been a grand total of about 10lbs) is my loss of inches....which I shall list for you...

March 1
Weight: 174
Bust: 39"
Waist: 35"
Hips: 42"
Thigh: 22"
Arm: 12"
BMI: 28.73
Body Fat %: Not sure, but gonna guess somewhere around 38%

June 9
Weight: 168
Bust: 38"
Waist: 33.5"
Hips: 40"
Thigh: 21"
Arm: 11.5"
BMI: 26.2
Body Fat %: 30.1%

So, clearly, I've made some progress! Not weight-loss, but inch-loss!

Awesome Angel - the inches changing are more important with the body changes as muscle development or strengthening can add weight... I'm impressed.

June 29
Weight: 165lbs

First goal achieved. Next goal is 38-28-36.

Oh I found this just as I have started some weight loss of my own
Weight at start of diet: 235
Highest Weight: 240 (3 years ago usually I'm around 225)
Current Weight: 231
I don't really have a target weight yet, but my Lose It profile for my tracker I put 200

Health issues always sabotage me...and the last two months have been bad...measurements went up here and there and since returning from Chicago, I haven't been able to go to the gym because I've been too sick.

At the doctor's yesterday, my weight had decreased somewhat...

Heaviest: 175lbs
Current: 167lbs
Goal Weight: hrm... 140?

...but, I also hit a PR in the following:

Squats: 200#
Deadlifts: 185#
Bench Press: 115#
Pendlay Rows: 70#
Push Press: 65#

I've done a 20% deload and am working back up. My goals are a 225# squat, 315# dead lift, 170# bench press ....and I don't really care about the other two...though, it'd be nice to break 100# on each. You can follow my blog here, if you want.

Due to various health problems, a general lack of enthusiasm, the host of excuses, hating to commit to something I don't want to do, an abhorrence to pain, and the fact that my diet consists completely of things that I shouldn't be eating to stay thin, I have ballooned in weight to the point that I must start somewhere. A small change in diet to begin with. Eating less bread, more greens and vegies, drinking more water, and walking for 5 minutes twice a day. This may not seem much to others, but with the pain I get it will be a difficult task.

Current weight: 352 pounds.
