The story

What happens when an upstanding hero from Paragon City and a vicious villainess from the Rogue Isles find each other, and find love? Two star-crossed lovers from vastly different worlds meet and... well, you'll need to listen to find out. A smarmy interview program takes a look at the seedy underbelly of red vs. blue relations.

The production

Conceived, written, and produced in DJ Enigma's Puzzle Factory, "Purple Passion" is The Cape's most ambitious audio project to date, with nine voice actors, many production hours, and a running time of more than 56 minutes from start to finish.

"Purple Passion" made its debut during The Cape's EROS event Feb. 13, 2007 with the first four segments broadcast during the course of the evening. The story continued Feb. 15 during the SORE event.

Once the segments were made available for download, The Cape's server was deluged with requests.
